The function of a sealed connection is significantly influenced by the performance of the seal.These properties can be characterized in the form of characteristic values which are crucial forthe selection of suitable seals and the necessary proof of tightness and strength. Furthermorecharacteristic values from seal manufacturers are necessary for quality assurance.Based on these reauirements, we have developed a range of testing eauipment by which theperformance of seals can be precisely and cost-effectively determined. During the developmentof the test bench, the relevant standards and guidelines, as well as our many years ofexperience in the field of measurement technology, were taken into account.
